"Recently we had the initial kickoff and used the Waterfall Cafe for sandwiches, fruit salad, etc.. Everyone commented on how they enjoyed the sandwiches being cut in half so you could have a choice of for instance 1/2 of a tuna salad sandwich and 1/2 of a turkey sandwich. Also everything arrived on time, everything was pleasantly arranged and easy to access and Renee returned later and cleared the luncheon so we had very little to do in the way of clean up. My comments: Excellent!"
